    What are our products made of?

    Our Emmer Wheat (Khapli) flour & our pastas are made from emmer wheat, a unique grain that offers greater fibre, protein & vitamins then regular whole wheat. Our chickpea flour & chickpea flour-based pancake mixes are created from a blend of chickpeas, red lentils, sorghum & other grains that enrich it with aditional protein and vitamins.

    Is this product gluten-free?

    All our chickpea flours and pancake mixes are gluten free while our emmer wheat and emmer wheat based pastas are low gluten.

    Can my child eat this product?

    Yes! All our products are child-friendly.

    Does this product have sugar?

    No, none of our products have sugar.

    Can I eat this while still trying to lose weight?

    How long is the shelf life?

    Emmer wheat flour has a shelf-life of 6 months, Chickpea flour & Pancake Mixes have a shelf-life of 8 months, our Pastas have a shelf-life of 12 months.

    Can diabetics eat this?

    All our products are specially formulated with a lower glycemic index, keeping in mind the needs of diabetics so that they don't spike blood sugar.

    Can lactose-intolerant people eat this?

    Yes, all our products are lactose-free.
