It cooks in just 2 minutes and is the perfect option for a quick, wholesome meal.

How to make Pasta

  • Boil 1 litre of water with 1-2 teaspoon of salt and olive oil in a wide pan.
  • Add 1 cup (100 gms) Emmer pasta to the boiling water and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Stir occasionally until the pasta is cooked
  • Rinse the cooked pasta in cold water and add some olive oil to it
  • Toss the pasta in the sauce and veggies of your choice and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Season with oregano and chili flakes

    Better than cornflakes

    Honestly, I was just looking for something quick and easy for breakfast that wasn't loaded with sugar. They was actually really good! Soft, fluffy, and the blueberries tasted real. And it's sweetened with stevia, which is a plus. Will be making these again, for sure!

    Im always a bit wary of gluten-free mixes, but this "Better Flour" blueberry one was a surprise. It's quick, and the pancakes was actually soft and fluffy. You can taste the blueberries, and it wasn't to sweet. I like that it's sweetened with stevia, too. Definitely worth trying if you're gluten-free.
