How to make chapatis
- Add 175 ml of water to the mix.
- Mix it slowly into a smooth batter and set it aside for 10 minutes.
- On a medium heat, pour batter on a lightly greased nonstick pan.
- Spread batter in an outward circular motion to get the desired thickness.
- Let it cook for 3 minutes on the side and flip it.
- Fill it with your preferred toppings and fold it. Serve it hot!
