Just gave this flour a try since I was looking for an alternative to normal wheat flour. It's great for kids since it's a blend of multiple nutrients so just one roti can complete daily nutritional requirements.
It's not at all expensive so fits monthly budget. Tastes great can be blended with veggies and spices and made into cheelas or theplas.

Just stumbled upon this and thought of giving it a try, as I was anyway looking for healthy flours.
This can be used to prepare various gluten-free dishes such as chapatis, puris, and chillas. Taste is fine, and Rotis also turned out soft.
