Instant Khaman Dhokla Mix

  • Slowly mix 200ml of water to the Dhokla mix to make the batter.
  • Set it aside for 5 minutes.
  • Pour batter into a greased dhokla pan and steam for 15 minutes.
  • Cool it for 5 minutes and cut it into pieces.
  • Heat 20g oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves & green chillies.
  • Let the oil cool for 2 minutes, then add 60ml of water and pour it on the dhokla
