Instant Khaman Dhokla Mix
- Slowly mix 200ml of water to the Dhokla mix to make the batter.
- Set it aside for 5 minutes.
- Pour batter into a greased dhokla pan and steam for 15 minutes.
- Cool it for 5 minutes and cut it into pieces.
- Heat 20g oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves & green chillies.
- Let the oil cool for 2 minutes, then add 60ml of water and pour it on the dhokla
