Instant Rice Idli Mix

  • Boil approx 1 Litre (6 1/2 cups) of water in an idli steamer.
  • Add 300 ml water to 200 gms of Idli Mix to make a thick batter
  • Let it stand for 15-20 minutes.
  • Transfer the idli batter to the greased idli moulds
  • Steam it for 15-20 minutes 
  • Serve it with sambhar and chutney
