Instant Rice Idli Mix
- Boil approx 1 Litre (6 1/2 cups) of water in an idli steamer.
- Add 300 ml water to 200 gms of Idli Mix to make a thick batter
- Let it stand for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer the idli batter to the greased idli moulds
- Steam it for 15-20 minutes
- Serve it with sambhar and chutney
