Emmer Fusilli Pasta How to make

  • Boil 1 litre of water with 1-2 teaspoon of salt and olive oil in a wide pan.
  • Add 1 cup (100 gms) Emmer pasta to the boiling water and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Stir occasionally until the pasta is cooked
  • Rinse the cooked pasta in cold water and add some olive oil to it
  • Toss the pasta in the sauce and veggies of your choice and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Season with oregano and chili flakes
